PATHFINDER professional team includes members with cumulated 30+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity and debt raising. Each of PATHFINDER Partners has 10+ years of experience in the financial field. They have served at some of the largest investment banks and financial institutions in the region, such as Raiffeisen, Citi Bank, InvestKredit and Mezzanine Management. They have provided services to local and international clients, among which: Mittal Steel (currently Arcelor Mittal), General Motors, Uniqa, Corus, Scimitar Ventures, Oresa Ventures, Advent International.

Ruxandra Pietreanu (ex. Ogrendil)

is a founder and the Managing Partner of Pathfinder Management & Consulting.

Ruxandra has extensive experience in the financial field. She was the Investment Director at Mezzanine Management Romania between 2007 - 2011. Prior to joining Mezzanine Management Romania, she has been the Retail Director of GarantiBank and Libra Bank. Between 2000 – 2005, Ruxandra worked as Project Manager within investment banking arm of Raiffeisen Group in Romania.
During the 13+ years of career in the financial field, Ruxandra has been involved in the following relevant assignments:

• Strategic advisory services for clients acting in various sectors;

• Capital raising for regional industrial player – ongoing;

• Sell-side mandate for Romanian leading loyalty solutions player – Successfully closed in December 2013;

• Sell-side mandate for two regional company with activities in the field of electronic payment systems - ongoing;

• Mezzanine investments in 2 Romanian projects amounting EUR 20+ million;

• Raising 7 million bank debt for a major local car dealer;

• Private equity project in financial sector – establishment of a consumer finance company KREDITA SA;

• Feasibility study for the establishment of a mortgage bank;

• Private equity project in retail field - Artima supermarkets chain; estimated value of the capital increase – EUR 5 million;

• Arranging USD 22 million debt raising and project structuring for Electrica SA – National Energy Distribution Company;

• Privatisation process of Sidex SA and Banca Agricola.

• Debt raising for leading capability provider of Communications & Information Systems for the Defence and Homeland Security Market.

Robert STAN

Robert joined Pathfinder Management & Consulting in March 2012.

He has over 10 years experience in the financial field. Robert was Vice President at Investkredit Bank during 2007 – 2011, responsible for Corporate Finance business in Romania with focus on M&A, Leverage Finance and Private Equity participations. Prior to joining Investkredit, he had several positions in corporate banking at Citibank, Raiffeisen Bank and HVB Bank.

Robert has been involved in the following assignments:

• Capital raising for regional industrial player – ongoing;

• Sell-side mandate for Romanian leading loyalty solutions player – Successfully closed in December 2013;

• Sell-side mandate for two regional company with activities in the field of electronic payment systems - ongoing;

• Assisting Oresa Ventures in acquisition of RTC Proffice in 2011;

• Participation in financing the acquisition of Labormed by Advent International in 2008;

• EUR 10m Equity participation in a private equity fund in Turkey in 2008;

• Various LBO deals like Terapia, Telemobil, Romsys with tickets in the range of EUR 10 to 150 million.

• Debt raising for leading capability provider of Communications & Information Systems for the Defence and Homeland Security Market.
